LBP Simulator

This Excel-based LBP simulator allows you to simulate a 3-day token sale event. You can adjust key parameters and visualize the impact on token price and other factors over time.

How to Use the LBP Simulator

1 - Download the Excel File

First, download the LBP simulator Excel file.

2 - Set LBP Parameters

In the top left corner of the spreadsheet, under the POOL section, adjust the following parameters:

  • Initial Qty Token: The total number of tokens available at the start.

  • Initial Qty TON: The total number of TON coins available at the start.

  • Start Weight %: Set the starting weight of the token.

  • End Weight %: Set the final weight of the token.

Note: These cells are pre-configured to accept valid numerical entries only.

3 - Simulate Transactions

In the BUY section (left-hand side), you can simulate transactions for every hour of the 72-hour LBP. Enter different values under Qty TON to Buy Token to represent how much TON is used to purchase tokens at each hour.

  • Each row represents one hour of the 3-day LBP duration.

  • Adjust the quantity of TON used to buy tokens for each specific hour.

4 - View the Graph and Results

As you modify parameters or enter transactions:

  • The graph on the right will automatically update to show the token price (in TON) over the course of the LBP.

  • The calculated cells in the sheet (such as Slippage, Spot Price, and LBP Results) will also update dynamically.

5 - LBP Results

This section provides an estimation of the LBP outcome based on the parameters you set and the transactions entered:

  • Proceeds (TON): This field shows the total TON collected from the token sales over the duration of the LBP. It reflects the total value of tokens purchased.

  • Unsold Tokens: This field indicates the number of tokens that remain unsold at the end of the LBP. These are tokens that were not purchased within the 72-hour period.

Note: These results are estimates and do not account for gas fees or other transaction costs.

By monitoring this section, you can quickly assess the performance of your LBP as it progresses and make informed decisions.

6 - Interpret Key Metrics

  • Slippage: This reflects the difference in price due to transaction size.

  • Spot Price: The current price of 1 token in TON.

  • LBP Balances: The remaining balances of tokens and TON as the LBP progresses.

  • LBP Weights: The evolving weights of the token and TON during the 72 hours.

Use this tool to test various strategies and get an accurate prediction of how your token price will change during an LBP. Adjust transaction sizes and observe the impact on key metrics in real-time.
